Our Mission

Lifesource International is a not for profit organization that facilitates the development of good character, which is formed in the outworking of both interpersonal and functional relationships. The focus is to equip people to develop this through a discovery of the ‘Mindset of Christ’ in the conduct of their relationships in everyday living. Consequently empowering each person to find sustainable and fulfilling success in their own lives.

Peter Suit Small Ps. Peter Sutcliffe (M.A.Th)

Peter holds a Master of Arts in Theology and is currently enrolled in PhD program.  Peter is the founder of ‘Lifesource International’ which is a prophetic-teaching ministry dedicated to restoring the dream in people to live a transformed life. Peter is a gifted & anointed communicator with 30 years experience in Pastoral Leadership, Bible College Teaching at degree level, Seminar Training, and is a gifted Writer. He is a dedicated husband and father of three adult daughters.

Ann’s passion is to see Functional Families restored in society. Growing up in a dysfunctional family and leaving home at 17 to study Nursing she was looking for real love and life. Her life was transformed powerfully at 19 when the revelation of God’s love amazingly touched her. Ann & Peter met and married that next year.   Married in 1978 Ann can testify to a successful marriage and experiencing a rich life by God’s grace as a functional family. It has been filled with the love and guidance from God’s Word. Her three daughters are now adults and are a real blessing to her and serve others in the community giving out abundantly from their own faith in God.   Ann brings to the Lifesource Team25 years of Pastoral Leadership experience with Peter in Churches and on the Mission field. Her Nursing background and current Administration role in Health & Safety within the Christian Education field also equip her to contribute to the development of this ministry.   The ‘Power of Ten’ course has ministered to Ann personally and she passionately believes that it will enrich and restore people from all family backgrounds to be a blessing and live a blessed life.

Martin’s 20 years in Business Leadership, structure and strategy development equip him to bring dynamic perspectives and skills to the Lifesource team.    His experience covers change management, restructuring, project management and strategic implementations both in Australia and in the United States . His business experience covers leadership in roles strategy implementation, operations, contract sales, coaching and financial management.   Martin’s involvement with Lifesource International has been since its inception in 2002 where he has supported the development of the ‘Power of Ten’ course with his unique perspectives and practical business acumen.   Over this time he has had the opportunity to apply the ‘Power of Ten’ principles having a significant positive impact in his own sphere of influence.
